LOS CONCURSANTES DEBEN SER RESIDENTES LEGALES DE LOS ESTADOS UNIDOS CONTINENTALES Y SER MAYORES DE 18 AÑOS DE EDAD. INVÁLIDO EN ARIZONA, COLORADO, FLORIDA, TENNESSEE, VERMONT Y EN CUALQUIER LUGAR DONDE ESTÉ PROHIBIDO POR LA LEY.
1.  PATROCINANTES:  Los patrocinantes de este Concurso de Trivialidades Gol Millonario (el “Concurso”) son Azteca Internacional Corporation quien hace negocios bajo el nombre Azteca America, y Azteca Mobile, LLC, ambos con oficinas en 2049 Century Park East, SUite 1000, Los Ángeles, California 90067 ("los Patrocinantes").  
ELEGIBILIDAD

Este Concurso está abierto para todos los residentes de los Estados Unidos Continentales, mayores de 18 años de edad, excepto los residentes de Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Tennessee o Vermont.  Sin perjuicio de lo anteriormente mencionado, las personas incluidas en cualquiera de las siguientes categorías no son elegibles para competir o para ganar un premio:  (a) personas que desde y después del 9 de Septiembre de 2007, fueron o son empleados o agentes de los Patrocinadores o sus compañías matrices, afiliadas, subsidiarias, agencias de publicidad o de promoción, y su familia inmediata (conyugues, padres, madres, hijos y hermanos y sus respectivos conyugues) e individuos que residan en la misma residencia de tales personas; (b) personas que han aparecido públicamente o han realizado cualquier actividad o ilícita, lujuriosa, pornográfica o cualquier otra actividad o medio objetable; (c) personas que estén involucradas en la producción o distribución de materiales, o en la selección de concursantes y/o de los ganadores del Primer Premio de este concurso; (d) jugadores profesionales o semiprofesionales, presentes o pasados, de  fútbol, football americano o rugby y los entrenadores que hayan jugado o entrenado en esos niveles en cualquier parte del mundo; (e) jugadores y entrenadores, presentes o pasados, a nivel universitario o preuniversitario, de fútbol, football americano o rugby que hayan jugado o entrenado en ese nivel en cualquier parte del mundo durante los últimos cinco (5) años; (f)  jugadores y entrenadores, presentes o pasados, a nivel de educación secundaria, de fútbol, football americano o rugby que hayan jugado o entrenado en ese nivel en cualquier parte del mundo durante los últimos cinco (5) años; (g)  jugadores y entrenadores a nivel olímpico, presentes o pasados, de fútbol o rugby que hayan jugado o entrenado en ese nivel en cualquier parte del mundo durante los últimos cinco (5) años; y (h) personas que hayan ganado anteriormente un primer premio en otro concurso de trivialidades Azteca América Gol Millonario
 
COMO PARTICIPAR:
El concurso comienza a las 12:01 a.m. Hora del Este, el día Miercoles, 28 de Noviembre de 2007 (la ”Hora de Inicio”) y finaliza a las 11:59 p.m. el día  Sabado, 08 de Diciembre de 2007 (la “Hora de Cierre”) (conjuntamente, el “Período del Concurso”).  Para registrarse para participar en el Concurso, debe enviar un mensaje de texto que contenga el mensaje "GOL" utilizando su dispositivo móvil con capacidad SMS, al número de código corto 55225 después de la Hora de Inicia y antes de la Hora de Cierre.  Después que envíe el mensaje de texto inicial para registrarse, usted recibirá un mensaje de texto con una pregunta de trivialidades de selección múltiple.  Las preguntas de trivialidades del concurso estarán relacionadas a: (a) la Liga de Fútbol Mexicana, equipos/jugadores/partidos específicos; y/o (b) estadísticas generales sobre la Liga de Fútbol Mexicana y/o el fútbol; y/o (c) programas y personajes de Azteca América. Cada vez que usted responda a una pregunta, otro mensaje de texto con una nueva pregunta le será enviado a su dispositivo móvil, con cada pregunta subsiguiente haciéndose progresivamente mas difícil que la anterior.  Los concursantes recibirán un máximo de diez (10) preguntas cada vez que participen en el Concurso.  El costo para recibir cada pregunta de trivialidades por mensaje de texto es de 50 centavos ($0.50) mas los cargos regulares aplicables por el proveedor de servicios de telefonía para cada mensaje (de acuerdo a los términos del contrato del concursante con su proveedor de telefonía móvil).  Los Concursantes pueden participar en el Concurso y responder las mismas diez (10) preguntas de trivialidades hasta un máximo de seis (6) veces, para un total de sesenta (60) preguntas.
Método Alterno de Participación:  Los Concursantes también pueden participar en el Concurso vía el Internet, registrándose en línea en www.aztecaamerica.com.   No hay cargos al participar por este método.  Los Concursantes que participen por este método de registro deben ingresar su nombre correcto, dirección de habitación, dirección de correo electrónico y número de teléfono.  Se permite solo un numero de teléfono por participante.  Los participantes en línea recibirán un máximo de diez (10) preguntas cada vez que participen en el Concurso y pueden participar en el Concurso y responder las mismas diez (10) preguntas de trivialidades hasta un máximo de seis (6) veces, para un total de sesenta (60) preguntas.
Cada respuesta correcta que es recibida de forma exitosa por los Patrocinadores durante el Período del Concurso, es una participación en una lotería para ganar el Premio (descritos a continuación).  El Primer Premio consta de $2,000.  Mientras más participaciones tenga el concursante en la base de datos del Concurso, más probabilidades tiene para ganar el premio

PREMIOS:

El Premio incluye U.S. $2,000. De todas las participaciones validas recibidas, se elegirá un ganador del Premio por medio de una lotería al azar que será realizada por los Patrocinadores alrededor de un (1) día después de finalizado el Período del Concurso
Todos aquellos que respondan a las (10) preguntas por medio de su teléfono celular recibirán un fondo de pantalla para ser instalado en su teléfono celular. Esto estará restringido a la compatibilidad con el proveedor de servicios móvil y con el teléfono celular, y podrá haber cargos de transporte de datos del proveedor de telefonía.   Todos aquellos que respondan las diez (10) preguntas por medio de Internet y aquellos que respondan las diez (10) preguntas por medio de un teléfono celular o con un proveedor de telefonía celular que no es compatible con o no soporta las descargas de fondos de pantalla, recibirán un fondo de pantalla gratis por descarga para su computador personal.  Cada fondo de pantalla para teléfono celular tiene un valor al detal estimado de $1.99, y cada fondo de pantalla descargado para computador personal tiene un valor al detal estimado de $1.99.
La probabilidad de ganar depende de la cantidad de preguntas correctas recibidas por los Patrocinadores.  El premio será enviado a los ganadores U.S. mail.  Se limita la cantidad de premios por persona a uno.  Los premios no pueden ser canjeados por efectivo y no pueden ser sustituidos o transferidos por el ganador.

NOTIFICACIÓN Y CALIFICACIÓN DE GANADORES:
Los ganadores elegibles serán notificados por teléfono, al numero de teléfono asociado al teléfono celular utilizado o al número de teléfono registrado en el sitio web utilizado para ingresar al concurso.   En caso que el ganador no responda a tal notificación dentro de dos (2) días de haber recibido dicha notificación telefónica, éste será descalificado y un ganador alterno será elegido de los concursantes restantes.
Si el concursante responde, este debe calificar para ser considerado un ganador. La calificación incluye:  (i) pruebas de residencia legal en los Estados Unidos por medio de identificación emitida por el gobierno; (ii) prueba de edad y consentimiento; y (iii) cumplimiento con los requisitos de elegibilidad establecidos en estas reglas.  

LIBERACIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDADES / AUTORIZACIÓN DE PUBLICIDAD:
Después de la notificación y antes de ser declarado un ganador, se  le enviará por vía de U.S. mail a cada concursante seleccionado, y este deberá firmar, un acuerdo de participación del concursante y una planilla de declaración de elegibilidad y liberación  de responsabilidades, confirmando la aceptación y cumplimiento con las reglas del Concurso, aceptación de los premios tal como son ofrecidos y una liberación de responsabilidades de los Patrocinadores, los proveedores de servicios de telefonía celular y sus compañías matrices, subsidiarias, afiliadas, accionistas, empleados, ejecutivos, directores, agentes, representantes, agencias de publicidad y promoción (conjuntamente, “Las Compañías”) en lo relativo a lesiones, accidentes, pérdida o desgracia relacionados con la realización del Concurso, la entrega de premios y el uso y disfrute de los premios entregados y cualquier viaje relacionado a estos, y autorizando el uso del nombre, dirección, imagen, fotografía, voz, parecido, biografía y declaraciones del concursante en cualquier medio sin derecho a revisión o compensación o consideración adicional a menos que fuera prohibido por la ley. Dichas planillas deben ser llenadas y firmadas de forma adecuada y entregadas dentro de los tres (3) días de su recepción, de lo contrario los premios serán abandonados y el concursante será descalificado como ganador.  Si cualquier acuerdo de concursante, planilla de liberación de responsabilidades o premio es devuelto como imposible de entregar, o si el ganador no puede ser contactado tal como se establece arriba, o si el ganador del Primer Premio no puede atender el Evento del Gol Millonario, el premio será abandonado y el concursante será descalificado como ganador, y un ganador alterno será determinado a partir de los concursantes restantes.  No obstante lo anterior, si el ganador del Primer Premio dejara de atender el Evento del Gol Millonario por cualquier razón, el premio será abandonado, el concursante será recalificado como ganador, y el resto de los ganadores de Primer Premio competirán en el Evento Gol Millonario.

CONDICIONES GENERALES DE PARTICIPACIÓN:
1. Al concursar, usted reconoce haber leído estas reglas y acepta estar sujeto a las mismas y a las decisiones de los Patrocinadores, las cuales son finales y constituyen una obligación con respecto a todos los aspectos del Concurso, incluyendo la escogencia de ganadores, y usted garantiza que usted no tiene prohibición de participar en el Concurso.


2 .Todas los registros de participación se convierten en propiedad de los Patrocinadores y en ningún caso serán devueltos al remitente. Los impuestos sobre los premios son la sola responsabilidad de los ganadores.


3. Si la identidad del concursante es disputada, el dueño autorizado de la cuenta del teléfono celular será considerado como el concursante. La persona que contrate el servicio de telefonía celular y su número de teléfono celular con el proveedor de servicios de telefonía celular, es considerado el dueño autorizado de la cuenta. Se le puede requerir a un concursante seleccionado que provea pruebas de que es el dueño autorizado de la cuenta de servicio de telefonía celular y del número telefónico asociado con la participación al momento de la participación.

4. Los premios no son transferibles, no son intercambiables y deben ser aceptados por el ganador premiado. No se hará sustitución de ningún premio, excepto a la entera discreción de los Patrocinadores quienes pueden sustituir con un premio o componente de un premio  de mayor valor o valor comparable.
 
5. Al aceptar un premio, los ganadores aceptan que sus nombres, direcciones, voces, declaraciones, biografías, fotografías, imágenes y otros parecidos, sin otra condición adicional, sean usados en cualquier medio, incluyendo y sin limitarse a fotografías, video, televisión, radio y la Internet, y en cualquier publicidad realizada por los Patrocinadores o cualquiera de las entidades relacionadas a ellos, sus empresas de seguros, empresas de promoción, proveedores de servicio, a menos que esté prohibido por la ley.

6. El Concurso esta regido por las leyes, reglas y regulaciones federales, estatales, municipales y otras leyes, reglas y regulaciones aplicables.

7. Las Compañías no son responsables por fallas de ningún tipo en las telecomunicaciones, redes, electrónicas o en computadores, ni por participaciones en el concurso que sean perdidas, hurtadas, mal diseccionadas, mutiladas, dañadas, mezcladas, demoradas, mal diseccionadas, dirigidas a una dirección incorrecta, no entregadas, destruidas, llegado tarde, incompletas o ilegibles, incluyendo: cualquier falla de equipos de computación o de programas de cualquier tipo; conexiones de red perdidas o no disponibles; transmisiones por computador, teléfono o satélite fallidas, incompletas o mezcladas;  transcripciones incorrectas o imprecisas o perdida de información ingresada; errores de tipografía o de sistema; cualquier virus transmitido a computadores de los concursantes vía Internet; problemas o fallas técnicas de cualquier red o línea telefónica, sistema de computación en línea, servidores, proveedores o equipos de computación; o problemas técnicos o congestión de tráfico en Internet o cualquier combinación de estos; o por cualquier error técnico o humano asociado con el Concurso.  Las participaciones que sean generadas por secuencia de comandos, macro u otro medio automatizado y/o de otra manera que no cumpla con estas reglas, será descalificado.  Los Patrocinadores a su única y entera discreción podrán determinar si una participación cumple con estas reglas.  Las Compañías no son responsables por errores tipográficos ni por otros errores en la oferta o administración de este Concurso, incluyendo pero no limitándose a errores en la publicidad, las reglas, la selección y anuncio de los ganadores o en la entrega de cualquier premio.

8. Las Compañías no serán responsables por ninguna lesión o daño sufrido por el computador o teléfono celular de los concursantes o de otra persona relacionado con la participación en el Concurso o con la descarga de cualquier material del Concurso que pudiera limitar la capacidad de participación del concursante. Las Compañías pueden descalificar a cualquier persona de participar en el Concurso o de ganar un premio, si a su entera discreción determinan que la persona está intentando perjudicar la operación legítima del Concurso haciendo trampa, piratería de informática, u otra acción desleal o intente molestar, abusar, amenazar u hostigar a cualquier otro concursante o representante de la Compañía. Las Compañías se reservan, a su única y entera discreción, el derecho de cancelar, terminar, modificar o suspender el Concurso en cualquier momento, en caso que la administración, seguridad, equidad, integridad u operación adecuada del Concurso sean afectados de forma adversa por virus, errores de programas, intervenciones no autorizadas de personas u otras causas fuera del control de las Compañías.  PRECAUCIÓN: CUALQUIER INTENTO POR PARTE DE UN CONCURSANTE DE DEBILITAR O DAÑAR EL SITIO WEB www.aztecaamerica.com O DE PERJUDICAR LA OPERACIÓN LEGÍTIMA DEL CONCURSO PUEDE CONSTITUIR UNA VIOLACIÓN DE LEYES PENALES Y CIVILES, Y DE OCURRIR UN INTENTO DE TAL TIPO, LAS COMPAÑÍAS SE RESERVAN EL DERECHO DE INICIAR ACCIONES LEGALES Y ENTABLAR DEMANDA POR DAÑOS Y PERJUICIOS (INCLUYENDO HONORARIOS DE ABOGADO) DE TAL CONCURSANTE HASTA EL MÁXIMO DE LO PERMITIDO POR LA LEY, INCLUYENDO EL PROCESAMIENTO CRIMINAL. Las Compañías tendrán todo el derecho para descalificar a cualquier concursante por la violación de estas reglas, o de cualquier ley aplicable que se relacione con el Concurso, o por alterar cualquier elemento de este Concurso, y de resolver todos los conflictos a su única discreción.

9. Los términos de este Concurso se describen en estas reglas, y no están sujetos a modificaciones ni contra ofertas, excepto como se describen en este documento.

10. Para obtener una lista de los ganadores de premios, disponible después del 10 de Diciembre de 2007, envíe un sobre llenado con su dirección y con estampilla postal a: Azteca America, 2049 Century Park East, Suite 1000, Los Angeles, California 90067, Attention: Gol Millonario Trivia 2, Winner List. Las solicitudes deben ser recibidas antes del 30 de Diciembre de 2007.

11. En ningún caso los Patrocinadores, sus respectivas empresas matrices, socios, y empresas afiliadas y sus agentes, empleados, directores, ejecutivos y consejeros legales u otra compañía o entidad que participara en el diseño, administración o realización de actividades para este concurso, será responsable por heridas personales, muerte, daños, gastos o costos o pérdidas de ningún tipo que resulte de la participación o incapacidad de participar en este Concurso o en la aceptación de un premio o la incapacidad de utilizar un premio o parte del un premio, y cualquier viaje relacionado a estos, incluyendo pero no limitándose a  reclamos, demandas, lesiones, pérdidas o daños relacionados a lesiones personales, muerte, daño o destrucción de propiedad, derechos de publicidad o privacidad, difamaciones o difusión de una imagen falsa (sea de forma intencional o no intencional), sea bajo contrato o agravio (incluyendo la negligencia), garantías u otra teoría.

CONTESTANTS MUST BE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES, 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. VOID IN ARIZONA, COLORADO, FLORIDA, TENNESSEE, VERMONT AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. SPONSORS:  The sponsors of this Gol Millonario Trivia Contest (the “Contest”) are Azteca International Corporation d/b/a Azteca America, and Azteca Mobile, LLC, both with offices at 2049 Century Park East, Suite 1000, Los Angeles, California 90067 ("Sponsors").
ELIGIBILITY:

This Contest is open to all residents of the continental United States, 18 years of age or older, except for residents of Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Tennessee and Vermont.  Without limitation to the foregoing, persons included in any of the following categories are not eligible to compete or win a prize:  (a) persons who from and after September 09th, 2007, were or are employees or agents of Sponsors or their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, and siblings and their respective spouses) and individuals living in the same household of such persons; (b) persons who have publicly appeared or engaged in any illicit, lewd, pornographic or other objectionable activity or medium; (c) persons who are engaged in the development of, production of, distribution of materials, or selection of contestants and/or the Grand Prize winners for this Contest; (d) current or former professional or semi-professional soccer, football, and rugby players and coaches who have played or coached at that level anywhere in the world; (e) current or former collegiate or junior collegiate soccer, football, and rugby players and coaches who have played or coached at that level anywhere in the world within the past five (5) years; (f) current or former high school soccer, football, and rugby players and coaches who have played or coached at that level anywhere in the world within the past five (5) years; (g) current or former Olympic soccer and rugby players and coaches who have played or coached at that level anywhere in the world within the past five (5) years; and (h) persons who have previously won a Grand Prize in another Azteca America Gol Millonario trivia contest.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
The Contest begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday, 28th November, 2007 (the “Starting Time”) and ends at 11:59 p.m. on Saturday, 08th December, 2007 (the “Closing Time”) (collectively, the “Contest Period”).  To opt-in to play in the Contest, you must send a text message containing the message “GOL” using your activated SMS-enabled mobile device to the short code number 55225 after the Starting Time and before the Closing Time.  After you send the initial text message to opt-in, you will receive a text message with a multiple choice trivia question.  Contest trivia questions will pertain to: (a) the Mexican Soccer League, specific teams/players/matches; and/or (b) general statistics that relate to the Mexican Soccer League and/or the sport of soccer; and/or (c) Azteca America programs and personalities. Every time you respond to a question, another text message with a new question will be sent to your mobile device, with each question becoming progressively more difficult than the previous one.  Contestants will receive a maximum of ten (10) questions each time they enter the Contest.  The cost for receiving each trivia question by text message is 50 cents ($0.50), plus applicable regular carrier pay-per-use charges which may apply for each text message sent (in accordance with the terms of a contestant's use agreement with his/her carrier).  Contestants may enter the Contest and answer the same ten (10) trivia questions a maximum of six (6) times, for a total of sixty (60) questions.

Alternate Method of Entry:  Contestants may also enter the Contest via the internet by registering online at www.aztecaamerica.com.  There are no fees for entering via this method of entry.  Contestants entering via this method of entry must register their correct name, street address, email address and contact telephone number.  Only one telephone number per contestant will be permitted.  Online contestants will receive a maximum of ten (10) questions each time they enter the Contest, and may enter the Contest and answer the same ten (10) trivia questions a maximum of six (6) times, for a total of sixty (60) question
Each correct answer that is successfully received by the Sponsors during the Contest Period is one entry in the random drawing to win the Grand Prize.  The Grand Prize includes $2,000.  The more entries a contestant has in the Contest database, the greater the chance of winning the Grand Prize

 PRIZES:
The Grand Prize includes US$2,000.  Actual prize value may vary depending on the Grand Prize winner’s city of residence.  From all the eligible entries received, one (1) Grand Prize winner will be determined via a random drawing that will be conducted by Sponsors on or about one (1) days after the end of the Contest Period.
All those who complete the ten (10) questions via their mobile telephone will receive a free mobile wallpaper for download onto their handset. This will be subject to carrier and handset compatibility and carrier data transport charges may apply.  All those who complete the ten (10) questions via the internet and those who complete the ten (10) questions via a mobile telephone or mobile telephone carrier that is not compatible with or does not support mobile wallpaper downloads will receive a free wallpaper download for their personal computer.  Each mobile wallpaper for a handset has an estimated retail value of $1.99, and each wallpaper download for a personal computer has an estimated retail value of $1.99.
Odds of winning depend on the number of correct answers received by Sponsors.  Prizes will be delivered to winners via U.S. mail. Limit of one prize per person.  The prizes cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be substituted or transferred by the winner.

NOTIFICATION AND QUALIFICATION OF WINNERS:
Eligible winners will be notified by telephone at the phone number associated with the mobile device used or at the phone number registered on the website used to enter the Contest.  In the event that a winner does not respond to such notification within days (2) days of receiving said telephone notification, a disqualification will result and an alternate winner will be determined from the remaining contestants.
If the contestant does respond, they must qualify to be considered a winner. Qualification will include:  (i) proof of legal residency in the USA via government-issued identification; (ii) proof of age and consent; and (iii) compliance with the eligibility requirements set forth in these rules.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE:
Following notification, and before being declared a winner, each selected contestant will be sent via U.S. mail and required to sign a contestant agreement to participate and an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability form, confirming acceptance and compliance with the Contest rules, acceptance of the prize as offered and a release acknowledging the non-responsibility of the Sponsors, the mobile service carriers and their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “Companies”) in respect of injuries, accidents, loss or misfortune related to the conduct of the Contest, awarding of the prizes and use and enjoyment of the awarded prizes and any travel related thereto, and consenting to the use of the contestant’s name, address, image, photograph, voice, likeness, biography and statements in any medium without right of review or additional compensation or consideration unless prohibited by law. Said forms must be properly completed, signed and returned within three (3) days of receipt, or the prizes will be forfeited and the contestant disqualified as a winner.  If any contestant agreement, release form or prize is returned as undeliverable, or a winner cannot be contacted as outlined above, or a Grand Prize winner is unavailable to attend the Gol Millionaire, the prize will be forfeited and the contestant will be disqualified as a winner, and an alternate winner may be determined from the remaining contestants.  Notwithstanding the foregoing, if a Grand Prize winner fails to attend the Gol Millionaire for any reason whatsoever, the prize will be forfeited; the contestant will be disqualified as a winner, and the remaining Grand Prize winners will compete in the Gol Millionaire.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

1. By entering this Contest, you acknowledge having read these rules and agree to be bound by them, and by the decisions of Sponsors which are final and binding with respect to all aspects of the Contest, including the determination of winners, and you warrant that you are not prohibited from participating in the Contest.


2. All the entries received become the property of the Sponsors and in no case shall be returned to sender. Taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.


3. If the identity of a contestant is disputed, the authorized account holder of the wireless device will be deemed to be the contestant. The individual contracting with his/her carrier for wireless communications services and assigned the wireless device phone number is considered the authorized account holder. A selected contestant may be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the wireless device and phone number associated with the selected entry at the time of entry.

4. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and must be accepted by the winner as awarded. No substitution will be made on any prize except at the sole discretion of the Sponsors who may substitute a prize or prize component of greater or comparable value.

5. By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their names, addresses, voices, statements, biographies, photographs, images and other likenesses, without any further consideration, in any medium, including, without limitation, in still photos, film, video, television, radio and the internet, and in any publicity carried out by the Sponsors or any of their related entities, insurers, promotions companies and service providers, unless prohibited by law.

6. The Contest is subject to applicable federal, state, municipal and other applicable laws, rules or regulations.

7. The Companies are not responsible for telecommunications, network, electronic, technical or computer failures of any kind or for lost, stolen, misdirected, mutilated, damaged, garbled, delayed, misdirected, incorrectly addressed, undeliverable, destroyed, late, incomplete or illegible entries, including: any hardware or software failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; failed, incomplete or garbled computer, telephone or satellite transmissions; incorrect, inaccurate transcription or loss of entry information; typographical or system errors; any viruses transmitted to computers of contestants via the internet; problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers or computer equipment; or technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or any combination thereof; or for any technical or human errors associated with the Contest.  Entries that are generated by a script, macro, or other automated means and/or otherwise not in compliance with these rules will be disqualified.  Sponsors shall have the sole and absolute discretion to determine if an entry is in compliance with these rules.  The Companies are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offering or administration of this Contest, including but not limited to errors in advertising, the rules, the selection and announcement of winners, or the distribution of any prize.

8. The Companies shall not be responsible for any injury or damage to contestant's or any other person's computer or telephone handset related to or resulting from participating in the Contest, or downloading any material for the Contest which may limit a contestant’s ability to participate. Companies may disqualify anyone from participating in the Contest or winning a prize, if in their sole discretion they determine that person is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other contestants or Companies’ representatives. Companies reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest at any time should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the control of the Companies corrupt or adversely affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Contest.  CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE www.aztecaamerica.com WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, COMPANIES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH CONTESTANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. Companies shall have the sole right to disqualify any contestant for violation of these rules or any applicable laws relating to the Contest, or tampering with any element of this Contest, and to resolve all disputes in their sole discretion.

9. The terms of this Contest, as set forth in these rules, are not subject to amendment or counter-offer, except as set forth herein.
